The 2012 SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge is what transpires when full-fledged desert race meets what might otherwise be referred to as a short course off-road race, and it all crashes into a colossal crescendo that launches the SCORE International season. Competing in the epic motorsports contest that takes place along side the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada are race trucks, desert buggies, Baja bugs and off-road race cars.

Town-Wide Concert
Hosting artists like John Fogerty and most recently “The Queen of Country” Reba McEntire, The Laughlin Town-Wide Concert is quickly becoming one of the most "Don't Miss" events of the year.
Keep an eye out for news and announcements of the next concert under the stars engagement to be held at the Laughlin Events Center coming in 2012.

 Legends Over the Colorado Fly-In
Come see some of the worlds most historic aircraft in this incredible 2 day event at the Laughlin-Bullhead International Airport. Aircraft on display were the front line fighters of their day!
Featuring a vintage B-29 Super Fortress, T-6 Texan, TBM Avenger, Supermarine Spitfire, the "Flying Formation" group and more!
There will plenty of opportunity to meet pilots, tour planes and take rides (for a fee). There will be a Veteran Tribute Booth sponsored by Murphy Broadcasting, an American Heroes Museum Exhibit, as well as food and souvenir vendors. There will be plenty of photo opportunities. Live music entertainment is also scheduled for this fun event.

 Riding the river for 30 years!
Get ready for the largest motorcycle event on the west coast. Join us each year as we take Laughlin by storm. Come see Historic US Route 66 the way it was meant to be seen. Turn back time as you ride the hills from Kingman to Oatman, AZ. Cool off in the Colorado, or test lady luck at any one of the casinos located on the strip.

Rockets Over the River
For the 22nd year, this extraordinary fireworks display is one of the most spectacular and exciting in the West. Just after dark huge rockets will be shot into the dark desert sky and the dazzling display will be reflected off the majestic Colorado River. Fabulous patriotic music will also be simulcast by Laughlin hotels and local radio stations. The best viewing is from the Riverwalk or from your favorite Laughlin hotel and casino.

The 25th Annual Chefs Food Fest Charity Dinner, featuring the best chefs from along the Colorado River!
All of Laughlin hotels' finest chefs will be on hand to prepare their best dishes - appetizers, entrees, desserts, drinks - in a friendly competition. Other booths include liquor vendors showcasing new liquor products, wines and beers and will be providing free samples. It is all you can eat ad the proceeds go to local Laughlin charities.

SNORE Rage at the River Off Road Race
Get ready for some exciting off-road racing with SNORE Rage at the River! This race is building up to be one of the biggest of the year with over 300 teams sign up for the event.
This is desert racing at its finest and SNORE (Southern Nevada Off-Road Enthusiasts) is a family of off-road desert racers.
